Being entrepreneurial is not just a particular attribute of an entrepreneur’s personality; instead, it is the essence of entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurs are not born with innate entrepreneurial qualities; instead, they develop them through real-life experiences and learnings along the way to setting up a business. Entrepreneurial activities are recognized as fundamental elements within a business, serving as catalysts to enhance workplace performance. Every workplace practice involves organizational entrepreneurship to achieve its goals and missions, and manifests itself in many ways. Comprising a wide range of tasks and initiatives, this concept is perceived as an act that involves a series of innovations to ordinary activities across various products, processes, and services. Entrepreneurial thinking enables the application of knowledge to create and develop new economic ventures and to tap opportunities. Today, modern enterprises are engaged in developing economic ventures suited to the global entrepreneurial epicenter. This study aims to highlight the various policies and practices adopted by modern enterprises worldwide.
